At Susan Spence & Associates Dental Practice, we aim to uphold a high level of patient satisfaction at all times. However, should you have a concern or a complaint about any aspect of our service, please let us know.

We operate a complaints procedure designed to address any concern or complaint you may have, and to improve our service to you and other patients.

If you wish to discuss any concern or complaint, please ask to speak to our Complaints Co-ordinator; she will speak to you about your concerns, and if required, help you complete a complaints form.

If you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may contact the following organisations for further advice:

We hope that, if you have a problem, you will make use of our practice complaints procedure. We believe this will provide the best chance of putting right, whatever has gone wrong, and give us an opportunity to improve our practice. However, this does not affect your right to complain to the Dental Complaints Service, if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigation.
